nina höchtl (Austria)
Nina Höchtl, born in 1978 in Stockerau (Austria), lives in Vienna
and Mexico City. She studied at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna,
the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice and the Piet Zwart Institute in Rotterdam.
Presently, she is a doctoral candidate in Fine Arts by Practice at Goldsmiths
College, London (UK). Nina Höchtl’s projects deal with identity,
language and communication and employ different media. Since 2000, she
has participated in several exhibitions and projects. Most recently,
she has exhibited DONAU GEHT, Viertelfestival Weinviertel, Lower
